Are Taking T Pregnidoxin, Folic Acid And Dubagest Tablets During Pregnancy Safe?

Hi, I am 27 year old and im in my 7th week of pregnency. i was advised to take T. pregnidoxin, folic acid & Dubagest 200 tablets for 1 month. I was not advised to take any scan till now. Could you please advise me whether these tablets are safe and when sould i take scan. Thanks.
