Are The Medicines ALL 9 M(male) And ALL 9F(female) Effective For Conceiving?

Hi I have since the past 3-4 months been trying for pregnancy and when I visited my Gynecologist back in india she said that I was just fine to try for pregnancy and wasn t having an complication inspite of having hypothyroid -TSH is high at 7.I came back to usa and met my endocrinologist and she has now increased the dose to 125mcg of synthroid.I m 32 and my husband is 35.my gynecologist put us on this medication called ALL 9 M(male) and ALL 9F(female) . She said it just had nutrients and not harmful for us. My husband is not ready to take the medicine as he wants to be sure it doesn t have any side effects. Dan u please go through the ingredients listed below and tell me if it is safe to take this medication for both of us. My husband has hypothyroid too but his tsh is normal. Kindly help.Ingredients- All 9M has lepidium meyenil-250 mg, L-acetyl camitibe-100mg, pine bark extract -40mg, reduced co-enzymes Q-10 -25mg, astaxanthin 10% -8mg,zinc sulphate mono hydrate eq. To elemental zinc -7.5 mg, methyl cobalamin -750 mcg, L- methylocobslamin calcium -0.5 mg,pyridoxal 5-phosphate -0.25mg and ALL9F has the following -reduced coenzyme Q10-25mg, melatonin 3mg,methylocobslamin -1500 mcg, L-methyfolate calcium-1mg, pyridoxal 5 -phosphate -0.5mg and some other ingredients .
