Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...
As per your complain and presentation of symptoms
root canal treatment does not lead to sunken cheeks and the cause may be something else..
Mostly in case of any dental issue sunken cheek is seen after multiple dental extractions and progressing in age leading to inward curving of cheek..
You may have a false feeling of having a sunken cheek if there is some swelling on the opposite cheek or on the malar prominence of the face on the same side leading to dipped or sunken appearance of the cheek..
If there would be any disorder associated with the
Parotid gland then also there are chances of having swelling and not sunken appearance..
Any incidence of sunken cheek after root canal treatment is hardly known and you should consult a cosmetic surgeon to get evaluated for the cause of sunken cheek and get treated accordingly..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards..
