Are The Symptoms Of Tender Lump Under Adam's Apple And Headache Related?

Lump under my adam's apple that is tender to touch & also moves. Does not make it hard or hurt to swallow. Have been getting what i believe to be "ice pick headaches" on my left side of my head from behind my ear to my temple, perhaps could be related?.. What could this be?

Hi, mostly they are unrelated. A lump over larynx could be a thyroid swelling. Get your thyroid status checked. Hope this helped.
