How reliable is a Urine pregnancy test? My periods are delayed by 2 months,i underwent urine pregnancy test at home and at the lab several times are all negative. Is it reliable ?

Urine pregnancy test kits are very reliable these days.Most are 99% accurate.If the tests are negative,then there is some other cause for the delayed periods.You need to be investigated for that.
