Are There Any Ayurvedic Treatments For A Potential Labral Tear In My Right Hip, Especially After Having An SI Fusion On The Same Side?

I think I might have a labral tear in my right hip. Are there any Ayurvedic treatments for this condition? I had an SI fusion in December after 4 months of inability to walk due to the pain. I wonder if compensation caused this issue, as it is on the same side. I am terrified of further surgical intervention and hope to heal it without the necessity of incorporating Western medicine.
