Are There Any Interactions Between Lyrica, Tramadol And Diazepam?
I take prescribed lyrica 50mg with 1 x tramadol and 2 mgs diazepam and find them having a knock out effect, which is not pleasant, and wonder which drug it is with the diazepam that does this. I am presently being weaned off diazepam and take the others for chronic neuritis
Taking Tramadol and Diazepam along with Lyrica may increase side effects such as excessive drowsiness, confusion, difficulty concentrating and motor coordination which may result in falls and injuries.
Your doctor may be able to prescribe alternatives that do not interact, or you may need a dose adjustment or more frequent monitoring to safely use both medications.
Hope I could clarify your concerns. A feedback is appreciated. Regards, Dr. Mohammed Taher Ali
