Are There Any Interactions Between Mirtazapine And Deplin?

Ive been taking 15 mg of mirtazapine for over 2 years and recently added deplin 7.50, feel tingling in arms, hands, legs, feet and burning sensations and started feeling nausea. Wondering if the mirtazapine and deplin together aren t agreeing with me?

I understand your concern.
Mirtazapine is an antidepressant. It is used to treat major depressive disorder.
Deplin is a medical food containing 'l-methylfolate'. It works by providing the body with folate.
The symptoms you are experiencing is not due to interaction of deplin with mirtazapine.
When folic acid is given, it may cause relative deficiency of Vitamin B12. It would be advisable for you to supplement with Vitamin B12 capsules along with intake of Vitamin B12 foods.
Gradually, you should be able to overcome such symptoms.
