However she is allergicto morphine ,on on and on .My question is , Is there anything else left that she might be able to take? I feel like we are at the end here, can you help?

Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
I have read your case and I have full sympathy with you. It is difficult to offer a pain killer which has no side effect. If she is allergic to morphine then I think paracetamol or nimesulide can be tried. As nimesulide and Paracetamol are relatively safe pain killer. For back pain she can also use back muscle physiothearapy, hot water fomentation and voletran ointment. There are steroid injection which can be given in form of epidural steroid and root block. She can also used TENS, which is trans electric stimulation method and good pain relieving agent.
