Are There Any Risks In Mixing Bleomycin Injection In The Clinic?
I work in a clinic that uses bleomycin injections for warts. New laws have made it difficult for our compounding pharmacy to mix it for us. I ordered the bleomycin through our regular supplier but it came as a dry wafer . Are there any risks that would make it unadvisable for me to mix it here in the clinic?
hello welcome to HCM, as long as you dont take injection or inhale the powder there is no risk. you should wear gloves and use mask while mixing. otherwise it is safe. hope this is helpful regards.
