Are There Any Risks In Mixing Bleomycin Injection In The Clinic?

I work in a clinic that uses bleomycin injections for warts. New laws have made it difficult for our compounding pharmacy to mix it for us. I ordered the bleomycin through our regular supplier but it came as a dry wafer . Are there any risks that would make it unadvisable for me to mix it here in the clinic?
