Are There Any Side Effects Of Duolin Inhaler?

Hi, I have a son 4 and half year old and he has the problem of tonsills and bad thraot since childhood and he was recommended Seroflo inhailer and duolin inhaler for cough ,i wanted to ask that is there any side effects of these inhalers and one of the doctors suggested that a child who is on siroflo should not be given banana or choclates to eat.Is this right?

Hi,

Usually, inhalers are free from any side effect.
If the user rinses his mouth oral cavity after use, then there is a minimum risk of the drug going to blood.
Banana are a rich source of potassium and chocolate have stimulant properties so these must be avoided.
