Are There Any Side Effects Of Taking Acitrom Dosage For 50 Year Old?
Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...increasing of Acitrom dosage is gud for a person who is 50 aged? if not plz let me knw how to keep on control on increasing of tablet acitrom tablets.......... Plz let me knw. As my father aged 50 he is intaking acitrom tablets regularly in the evening 6 but the woirrie is before it was 2mg , but now it is increasing and has gone to 7mg. what i should do to control..Plz do helo
I can see that you are concerned about increasing a dose of Acitrom in your father. Acitrom is a blood thinner very similar to warfarin. These medications are used to reduce risk of forming clots and require close monitoring by a physician. Blood test monitoring with a protime is needed to determine the dose and each person needs to be individualized. Your question is if increasing the dose is acceptable and if the doctor who is monitoring him is prescribing his dose recommends this then he should. Low dose may indicate he is not sufficiently anti-coagulated and at risk of form clots.
