i'm36years since my second delievery my periods are very irregular infact if i dont take primolut N or duphastan i dont even get my periods i have PCOD due to irregular periods iam gaining alot of and now i am getting alot of pimples on my face and neck too which are very painfu land comesout one after the other due to which i am getting a lot of scars and facialhair are also getting thicker besides that now my lower back is paining most of the times lower pelvic is also paining most of the time my lower abdomen pain is like a cramp even when my periods startthe flow is very light what should i do i have consulted manydoctors but no improvement
