Are There Any Side Effects Of Using Fertyl M?

my testosterone levels are at low level2.45ng/ml, fshand lh levels raised. mytesticles are too small. day by day i am loosing libido(erections). I am taking fertyl m, lyco 100. Is there any side effects with these tablets? please tell whether ihave to continue the medicine or to stop any thing?

Welcome to HCM and thank you for the query.
I understand your concern.
You have a primary testicular failure and this is the reason for the low testostrone level in spite of high LH and FSH values. The decline in libido is also related to low testosterone level.
Fertyl is a selective estrogen receptor modulator (SERM) and is used mainly in women to induce ovulation.
Clomifene citrate has been found very effective in the treatment of secondary male hypogonadism in many cases and is being used off label for the same.
Side effects include visual symptoms (blurred vision, double vision), headaches, vasomotor flushes (or hot flashes), abdominal discomfort,high blood level of triglycerides and liver inflammation.
Lyco 100 is an antioxidant and there is no recognized study on its usefulness in improving fertility or libido.
