Hello,

Try to find quality time for your husband. Try to come closer to him. Avoid jumping into sex, give time to each other, love and feel loved. Prolong foreplay and indulge in sex after both of you are fully aroused. Take food rich in Omega-3 fatty acids. It supports hormonal balance and circulation, which can benefit sexual health.

You can also take supplements. Deficiency in vitamin and minerals may also cause low libido. Low vitamin D levels are associated with reduced libido, so supplementation might help if you're deficient. High stress is a common libido killer. Avoid stress, stay relaxed. Manage stress. Poor sleep quality or insufficient rest can lower libido and energy level.

Excessive alcohol or smoking can negatively impact sexual health and intimacy. Set aside time for connection with your husband without distractions, ensuring both of you feel valued and desired. A therapist can help explore emotional or psychological barriers and foster intimacy between you and your husband. Taking couple-counselling is helpful. If relational issues are affecting intimacy, working with a counsellor can improve communication and connection.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
