Are There Chances Of Pregnancy ?

i am 43 years old lady. my menses has been stopped since last one year. is there any chances to start the menses again or not.my husband has left semens and i suspect to conceive. we have three kids and don't want anyone further. kindly doctor tell me are there chances of pregnancy.
