Are There Pregnancy Chances Even After Having Negative Pregnancy Test Results?

Hello I had protected sex about 2 weeks ago, i had red spotting the next day for 3 days. I was suppose to get myperiod3 days ago but i didnt. Ihave severe crampa but no tender breasts. Idid a pregnancy test today and it was negative. Can i still be pregnant?
