Are There Side Effects For Femilon Tablets?

hi, I am in my 47 and it bleeds a lot during the periods.Doctor has fund that i have fibroids problem hence this bleeding. They have suggested the femilon tablet at present for some months. Can you please let me know if there are any side effects with this tablet?

Femilon tablet contains both ethinyl estradiol and desogestrel which is used to treat irregular periods, to prevent pregnancy and to reduce the risk of ovarian cancer. Side effects of Femilon are nausea, vomiting, headache, breast pain, weight gain, stomach pain, irregular uterine bleeding, dizziness, hair loss, acne, rash, depression, flu like symptoms, back pain, diarrhea, trouble breathing, allergic reactions etc.
