Hi,I am Neethu Vipin (Dietitian & Nutritionist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hello, I know doctors say you can't grow any taller after puberty, but there has to be some type of routine or something I can do to squeeze out a little extra height. In terms of genes, I believe I'm at least 3 inches shorter than I should be due to bad habits. I look young and am very skinny with protein level problems.Any way, I'm 26 haven't been really active for a while and am still pretty small. I'm right under 5'6 and weight 145.
I'm sorry but you can not increase height after the age of 18yrs because growth plates in bones ossify. Afterwards it can not be achieved. You can visit some dietitian near your home to get details about balanced and healthy diet which will make you healthier and achieve required body mass.
Hope this answers your question. If you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. Wishing you good health.
