Are These Normal BP And Heart Rates?
Hi, After a long and tiring day of work, I had my blood pressure checked at 126-72 with a heart rate of 82. I am a 59.5 yo white male living in the US. I read everything and its opposite on the Internet on this bp level. Is this a normal blood pressure? Should I aim to improve it and how?
