My Gynecology Scan shows: Uterus (3.21x3.8x3.28cm) retroverted, no myometrial lesion seen. Endometrium (0.58cm thin, hyperechoic) compatible; non-specific phase. Cervix (2.8x2.3x1.94cm) Nabothian cyst: none. Right ovary (2.6x2.11x1.89cm) lateral to the uterus - others: with multiple( 12)immature subcapsular follicies, normal ovarian volume 5.3cc. Left ovary (2.69x1.79x1.63cm) lateral to the uterus - other: with multiple( 12)immature subcapsular follicies, normal ovarian volume 4.1cc - others: No free fluid in the cul-de-sac. All of these results to a :Diagnosis: Normal Sized Retroverted Uterus, Thin Endometrium, Normal sized ovaries with polycystic features. What does these mean?
