Are Tight Chest Pain And Lightheadedness Side Effects Of Bendroflumethiazide Withdrawal?
My dr advised me to stop taking bendroflumathyazide2.5mg four days ago, owing to gout problems. Also I am diabetic on oral medication, and recently my sugar levels have risen. I was on bendro for 15 years, and am feeling rather odd, light headed, tired, and a little tight chested (not too bad, suffer from this now and again as I have anxiety problems. ) is this a normal effect of stopping this drug suddenly, or should I be worried?

stopping bendrofluazide will not give you these symptoms. What you would have is that you will pass less urine and your blood pressure might increase without it. It could be these symptoms might be due to anxiety as you said. If the chest tightness persists suggest seeing your doctor for it.
