My scanning report shows that GALL BLADDER: TINY POLYP/CALCULUS MEASURING 4 MM LIVER: MILDLY RAISED ECHOTEXTURE. WELL DEFINED OVAL SHAPED FOCAL HYPOECHOIC AREA IN SEGMENT VIII/V MEASURING 2×1.5×10 MM, ADJACENT TO THE BRANCHES OF RIGHT PORTAL VEIN.- MOST LIKELY FOCAL FAT SPARING, LESS LIKELY POSSIBILITY OF ATYPICAL HEMANGIOMA What does this mean

@ Ideally any report must be co related with the symptoms of the patient
as well as physical findings of the clinician , but here both are missing ,
still I would say :
Report indicates mild level hepatobiliary compromise .
