Are Truvada And Norvir Used For HIV Infection?
I recently found out a man I am dating is taking truvada and norvir. I looked up information on these medicines and found out they are for HIV infected persons. We have been having unprotected sex, but he never ejaculates in me. Does this mean he has AIDS? Should I get tested? What else should I do?

yes it is antiretroviral drug, but it is not always necessary that this drugs is for only HIV infection. it may be used for other viral infection as well. but you should ask him frankly wheather he as hiv or not. if he has and you have undergone unprotected sex than you are at risk of infection with hiv. if you want to test your self than go for P24 antigen that will give you earliest result for hiv. if it comes positive immediately start the treatment that is Anti Retroviral Therapy.

no not necessary. this drug may be taken in other viral infections also. yes you should test your self preferably the test which detect hiv/253657?iL=true" >aids earliest and also confirmatory like P24. if you find yourself hiv positive than start anti retroviral therapy immediately.
