Are Two Fluid Filled Cysts Visible In An Ultrasound Scan Of The Breasts A Cause For Worry About Breast Cancer?

My 43 year old daughter had a breast ultrasound today. She was told they found two cysts filled with fluid less than 7mm. What should the next steps be and should I be worried since my mother who had a history of cysts eventually died of breast cancer? Thank you........
