Are Upset Stomach And Shaking Normal After HCG Shot For Diet?

I am 7 days into my shotsof HcG for my diet and yesterday I started getting a really bad upset stomach. Every time I tried to eat I couldn't. I was only able to consume 233 of my 500 calories. I have been shaking all day for the past few days as well. Is this normal?
