Are Vaginal Pains During 39th Month Signs Of Early Pregnancy?
i am 39 weeks pregnant. have been having severe pains in my vaginal area since last night. also lower back pains, stomach tightening that last up to a minute sometimes, and cramping down into my thighs. are these signs of labor? and if so should i call my dr?

Yes, these are indeed signs of soon approaching labor. But this does not mean you are in labor. Do inform your doctor about it who will know when to expect labor and accordingly will be prepared.
