Are White Coloured Lumps Under The Breast Indicating Cancer?

hi i have a pea sized lump on by breast its under my breast (meaning i have to lift my breast to see it ) i can feel it like a bump on top of the skin but when i pinch it it can be felt like a centimetre under the skin and its like a white colour it is visable on the skin . i tried to pop it tonight with a nedle but all that come out was blood ... im 24 and pregnant amd terrified it could be cancer i have been to my gp and walk in centre and they have both told me differant thi gs i feel im not being taken seriously please help. p.s are breast cancer lumps visable above the skin or are they always felt inside the breast tissue itself

1. First thing never do like needle prick in future,, this way you will complicate the things/ may further infected.
2. Lumpy feeling during the pregnancy is seen in few cases, for confirmation you need to ask your doctor to order an ultrasound scan, which will confirm if its a mass or fluid collection or just pregnancy related dilated ducts.
3.How could you able to see colour inside - one can see the colour.
4.Breast ca depending on there size and location one can feel.
5. But your case its not Cancer according to your explanation - get the scan done.
