Arm Pain Above Elbow, Back Pain, Shoulder Blade Pain, Nausea. Do I Need To See A Cardiologist?

I have been having left arm pain above my elbow for a couple of weeks hard to pull the shirt over my head then a pain in my upper right back started just below my shoulder blade, I had a hard time breathing and got naucious today also a little tired, and weak then some hot sweaty moments. I thought I must have pulled something so I went to see a chriopractor, he adjusted me but all the pain in the arms and shoulders is still there along with the neausia. My husband is concerned about my heart but I think I must have pulled something? is there reason to see a cardologist?
I had a physcial last year all was good but never did the stress test.

Hi and thanks for using the panel for your health worries.

These symptoms are very non specific. Nothing here really points to the heart.
I believe you are not feeling good but i don't think you need to see a cardiologist at this time.

I suggest you get some good pain killers for this pain. as for nausea, try to keep away from all what makes you feel nauseous. I will suggest that you avoid spicy greasy foods until these symptoms subside a little.

If these symptoms should persist or get worse, please meet first with you primary care physician. If he thinks you need to see a specialist, then he will guide you depending on his findings.

Stress test is not a routine physical test. There must be red flags to warrant this. For sure there were none and that's why you didn't go in for this.

I hope this helps. If you want more specifics, please come back.
I wish you good health.
