Asthma, Labored Breathing, Tightness In Chest, Dropping Sensation In Heart. Treatment?
I am 22 years old and was never tested or showed any symptoms of having asthma , I have been for the passed week have been manually breathing at times, and having a tight chest feeling. Tonight/this morning I am scared to fall asleep. I have been sitting up with pillows and just trying to get comfy enough to drift off, but when I do I can feel a dropping sensation in my heart . Please help somehow?
