CAN YOU STRESS SO BAD THAT YOU HAVE A HEART ATTACK AT THE AGE OF 22 I KNOW IN MY FAMILY WE HAVE ANXIETY AND MY GRANDFATHER AND UNCLE HAD HEART PROBLEMS. . WHAT DOES IT FEEL LIKE? SOMETIMES MY HEART HURTS WHEN I GET PISSY... SO WHAT ? IS IT REALLY THE HEART ?

Yes, my sister had a heart attack at 21, so you could definitely have a heart attack at 22. Especially with your genes. It feels like you just had your heart like stop, but for longer than a roller coaster ride. And yes, it could possibly be. I would go to a cardiologist, they might be able to help, or give you tips on how to prevent one.
