OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi, I have gone through your question. Termination of pregnancy can be done safely up to 20 weeks of pregnancy. There are both medical and surgical method of abortion. Medical method of abortion can be adopted til 7 weeks of pregnancy, and is safe.
I would suggest her to get a ultrasound done to confirm the location of pregnancy and its gestational age, and consult anOBGYN specialist to get appropriate method of abortion
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
