hello
Get your sputum examined for Gram and Zeil Neilson staining and culture sensitivity. also get done CBC ESR (Blood tests)
You should start with antibiotics---
Tab. Levofloxacin 500 mg once daily but after giving your sputum for testing.
Tab. Mucinac (600mg) once daily
This could be infection as you have symptoms and enlarged lymph nodes too.
Do consult a Chest Physician.
