Autistic Child Making Loud Noises. Going To See A Neurologist. What Should I Expect?

Do you know anything about Neurology and Autism. I have an autistic 17 year old son. High functioning with speech. Would not be able to cross the street by himself. Physically he look great but started making loud noises. His teachers are concerned and addressed it at our IEP. I have an appointment to scheduled to see a neurologist.. What should i expect?

hello ..Thanks for choosing health care magic..as from your history it seems o me that we need to go for thorough evaluation..he should undergo eeg,behavioral assessment,and some developmental tests..it is necessary to rule out tics syndrome or epilepsy..thanks
