Autoimmune Hepatitis, Leukocytoclastic Vasculitis Confirmed After Tests, Have Severe GI Symptoms. Diet To Follow?
Hello, I am a 45 year old female who has had blood work that suggests autoimmune hepatitis and skin biopsy that showed leukocytoclastic vasculitis. I am waiting to see a liver specialist to have a liver biopsy. I have severe GI symptoms, they mimic gallbladder disease. Is there any special diet that is recommended for AIH or vasculitis? I have always been overweight, i also have PCO's (Stein Leventhal) but I am desperate to lose weight but also control my severe GI symptoms.
