Baby Need To Be Checked For Redness On Forehead After Falling From Bed?

Hi. My baby fell off the bed today morning and hit his head against the bedside table and the edge off the bed. There is some redness on the forehead and he has been irritable since then. No vomiting, but just not being his usual cheerful self. Should I get him checked out?

The baby looks absolutely fine and there is no cause for concern.
If you notice any of the signs , consult Pediatrician/Pediatric Surgeon at earliest

1. Excessive crying or excessive sleeping
2. Abnormal movements of the body which could be convulsion
3. Persistent Vomiting: 1 or 2 episode of vomiting is quite common in Pediatric Head injury and is not cause for concern.
4. Loss of consciousness
