Baby With Rash Around Neck, Rough Skin. Treatment?
My 1 month old baby has like a rash around her neck and ger face has like pimples but on those areas her skin is rough and looks like if it needs some cream or hydration to peel of. I live in the caribbean and her pediatrician says its because of the heat, but I am super scate and dont want to see my baby like that. Please help

One month baby has not developed thermostat of body
so it is difficlt to adjust i high and low temperatures
keep the surrounding temperature of room between 25 degree to 35 degree
can apply petroleum jelly and calamine
babies feel 3 imes heat than adults and 3 times of cold then us at same temperature
slowely baby will adjust according to temperature
