Back And Abdominal Pain, Irregular Period, Polycystic Ovaries. Took Premolute And Fertab. Negative Pregnancy Test. Reason?

Hy i got married last year.im 22years old i have irregular periods n polysystic ovaries.last month i took premolute for periods.n i had my periods on 21septembr.then i took fertab on 3day of periods.now its 25oct my pregnancy test is negative.n i have pain n stretch feeling in lower back and abdomen.so worried abt this pain and y i dnt concieve? Plz sugestme somthing.

wait for seven days and then get a gynaec check-up.
its only when ovulation occur then u will get pregnant.
so, keep consulting your gynaec.
