I hurt my back about a month ago...my back doesent hurt anymore but now the front of my right thigh started hurting a little yesterday and this afternoon it is really starting to hurt. I also noticed some tingling in the tips of my first three fingers on my right hand. any ideas of what could be the cause and are the two linked?

Hi and welcome to HCM pain in front of thigh could be de to muscle spasm.Tingling at the tip of fingers on right hand could be due to nerve compression or deficiency of vit B12. Through clinical evaluation is required to reach the diagnosis. taking methylcobalamin supplements will be helpful.
