Back Pain, Stomach And Chest Pains While Breathing, Birth Control, Spotting. Pregnant?
Hello. I am 19 years old and I have been having very strange symptoms recently. My lower left back has been hurting and when I take deep breaths my stomach and chest will often hurt. I have had to go to the bathroom frequently but I have had this problem for a little over a year now. I have already went to the doctor and they did a urine test and they said everything looks normal. I am paranoid I am pregnant right now but it's too early to take a test. I haven't had any symptoms other than spotting but I also did just recently start my birth control so that could be a factor. I'm not sure what these symptoms mean but I'm really worried.
Your symptoms are most probably either due to an infection of pregnancy. I would advice you to wait a while longer and conduct a pregnancy test using an early morning urine sample at least 2 weeks after your last sexual contact or on or after the first day of a missed period.
If your pregnancy tests still report a negative result then report to your doctor for a more elaborate evaluation. In the meantime, please abstain from all forms of sexual contact and speak to your doctor at your earliest convenience.
Hope this helps.
Best wishes.
