Welcome to HealthCare Magic

Hope you are doing good. well as you mentioned you are out of country in some non English speaking country. You should drink lot of water.
If you manage to get tablet Ciprofloxacin 500 mg twice a day , citro soda sachet , or citralka (Di Sodium Hydrogen Citrate- Syrup) in glass of water will give you quick relief.

If you cannot manage those then here are few easy tips for uti.
Increase your fluid intake.

Drink cranberry juice.

Stir 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda into 1 cup of water and drink it. The baking soda neutralizes acid in your urine, which makes peeing less painful. Don't overdo it because the baking soda may disturb the flora balance in your intestine.

Place a heating pad over your pelvic area.

I hope have answered your query , feel free to ask if you have any query. wish you good health. Regards
