Bad Cough That Keeps Getting Worse, Took Antibiotics, Steroid Shots, Nebulizer Treatment. Alternatives ?

Hi, I have had a bad cough for the last week. Have seen my regular doctor 3 times this week for this cough which keeps getting worse. He has taken an xray which showed "something" so he sent it to UVA to be read by someone there. He has not done any cultures or bloodwork and given me 2 antibiotic shots, 2 steriod shots and nebulizer treatments. My cough is getting worse, not better. Do I go back to my regular doctor or seek help somewhere else? I want to trust my doctor, but I'm getting worse!

what is that something? is it a pneumonia patch or something else

i advise you to consult your doctor and he will modify your treatment according to x ray report


take green tea and honey

steam inhalation also improve cough

avoid cold and soft drinks

take plenty of fluids

saline gargles are effective remedy

i advise you to complete course of antibiotic
