Bad Headaches With Worsening Throbbing That Can Be Heard

My name is Breauna. Im 15 years old and i have always had bad headaches. They are usually so bad that i can actually hear and feel the throbbing. Well i noticed tonight that when i lay me head down the throbbing was worse that when i sat up straight. Do you have any clue whats going on? Thanks!

Episodic headache with throbbing in nature may indicate migraine.

Migraine has young onset/episodic/throbbing in nature/unilateral/associated with nausea and vomiting.

Need to evaluate in detail.

Routine investigation/ffundus examination/ ct scan will help to identify underlying cause.

It may also hormonal related due to puberty onset.

Consult neurologist and get better assistance.
