why would some have a reaction to bath salts one time they use it and not another time

reaction is due to antigen antibody interaction.
when they use it and no of antigen is enough to produce reaction then u develop it
if it is not enough ,body will dilute it and u find no reaction.
only thing is to avoid exposure to it.
