Bad Sinus Infection With Leaking In Left Eye. What Is It ?

I have a really bad sinus infection and I noticed yesterday that my left eye was bloodshot. It doesn't hurt or itch or anything but I notice it's leaking more than the other one and when I woke up this morning I had crust in my lower lashes a little. What's wrong with me?

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have sinus infection with leaking in left eye . Well the symptoms you mention in query can occur due to may reasons violent coughing , powerful sneezing , heavy lifting , vomiting , roughly rubbing your eye , severe eye infection , trauma and infection . I would suggest you to consult ophthalmologist for proper examination . Doctor will check vitals like blood pressure and examine physically . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics eye drops and artificial tears . For sinusitis consult ENT specialist for proper examination . Doctor may order CT scan and prescribe antibiotics like amoxicillin or penicillin at least for 10 days along with decongestant and expectorant . For now tale steam .
