Bad Smell From Penis Despite Washing, Uncircumcised.
Hello, well my boyfriend has a really bad smell coming from his penis he washes it really well but the smell doesent go away. It smells like poop. We have had unprotected sex and now the smell is coming from my vagina also. I got tested an all my test came back negative. So im not sure what is causing the smell. He is also uncircumcised. Pleaseee help!!

As you describe, he must be having some skin infection, Which probably spread to you. The other causes may be the urinary tract infection, or chlamydia.It also may be the metabolic disease like diabetes.
I advise you to consult a dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient for both the partners,ofloxacin, ornidazole, fluconazole, and ketokonazole soap.

I have gone through your query.When the smegma under foreskin mix with epithelial cells, dirt and micro-organisms; these form aggregates and produce foul odor.Yeast infection also can be there.In such condition antifungal agents like clotrimazole helps.It is very difficult to keep the foreskin that clean when the smegma secretion is more.In such case circumcision is the best solution.Hope this may help you.
