Bad Spots After Implant. Using Cleanser, Toner And Moisturizer. Treatment?

I have had the implant at the beginning of February and ever since I have had really bad spots, I know this is one of the side effect of the implant. I cleanse, tone and moisturise twice a day and I exfoliate my face once a week and use day and night cream every day and night. And after all that it feels like it is getting worse. They are all on my chin and jaw and down my neck. Is there anything I can do about them?

Dermatologist 's  Response
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
Implants usually cause an allergic reaction.
This reaction leads to change in skin color.
Although depigmenting creams are useful but they cannot control the inflammation.
Please use a mild steroid cream along with depigmenting creams.
Also use a sunscreen in day.

Let me know if you have any other doubt.
