so i was at work and i tripped over a mop, and banged my leg REALLY hard. there was literally a DENT in my shin . at first i thought it was my bone , but i ruled that out because it didnt hurt like hell, and i could walk on it. so i was pokin around it and it was all squishy and i couldn t feel a thing, and i was just wondering if it was my muscle maybe? or what it could ve been. and why isn t there a bruise?
Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
It seems that you have actually hurt your bone in the area and there is a bleeding in the area causing the squishy feeling. You need to get an X-ray of the area done to see the type and extent of injury.
Avoid weight bearing on the leg and keep the leg elevated on two pillows to decrease the local swelling.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
