Been Late With Periods. Very Less Bleeding. Consulted A Gyno, On Primolutin. Feel Something Kicking Inside. Suggestions?

hi, i have been late with my period, late for 2 months, and wen i started my periods, it was very less bleeding, something similar to spotting...i have been bleeding ( light) for the last 20 days, i consulted a gyno, and she took a pregnency test which came out negative, and she prescribed me with primolutin 10 mg,she asked me to come back to her after four days when blood spotting stops , so she can have an ultrascan on me, today morning i started with the tablet and i feel some kicking feeling inside my stomach now..i dnt know wot the feeling is..and wots happening to me..can anyone help me out..??

Hi and thanks for the query,
It might be necessary to get another clinical review. Past history is important. History pf uterine fibroids or menstrual irregularity should be evaluated for. An abdominal ultrasound shall be very important to know the exact content of the uterus. This shall tell us if it is a pregnancy, which of course should be a rare finding under these circumstances, a fibroid or a lesion at the levels of the ovary. A physical examination by your gynecologist coupled with an ultrasound are sufficient for an initial assessment. thanks and kind regards,
