Been Through Bad Loose Motion. Prescribed Lommofen, Inflobactz-oz,zedott,coliex. Now Difficult In Bowel Movement. Remedy?

I had a bad stomach two weeks ago. My doctor pescribed me follwing tablets
Lommofen - 2 tabs every 6 hrs for three days
Inflobactz-oz - 1-1 two times a day
Zedott-1-1 two times a day
coliex-1-1 two times a day

I just took the above tablets just for a day. y loose motion got controlled that i could not move my bowel for next four days and susequently when it moved, I again began to have loose motion,

Welcome to HCM forum.
You did have a bout of gastroenteritis which has been partially treated.
The lommofen and Redott are antidiarrhoeals which can cause constipated bowel as a sideffect . You needed to complete the course of antibiotic as per your doctors prescription( usually a week ) . As of now it's best to get yourself reevaluated and if necessary get a stool test done and start antibiotics if needed.
Meanwhile take a daily probiotic supplement ( lactobacillus etc)for faster healing of your gut.
